Orders that include more than one item are assigned processing times according to each item.
Prior to shipping We will inspect thoroughly the items you have ordered. Most orders are now shipped within 48 hours. Expected delivery time is between 3 and 7 days.
Returns
Stock is dynamic, and not fully managed by us due to the involvement of many entities, including the factory as well as our warehouse. Stock levels can fluctuate at any time. It's possible that you may not receive your order once it has been placed.
The policy is 30 days. If it's been more 30 days since you've bought the item, we unfortunately can't give you a full exchange or refund.
You can only return an item if it is unused and in the same state as when you first received it. It should also be in the original package.
