Orders that include more than one item are assigned processing times according to each item.

Returns

The policy is 30 days. If it's been more 30 days since you've bought the item, we unfortunately can't give you a full exchange or refund.

You can only return an item if it is unused and in the same state as when you first received it. It should also be in the original package.
