Note: Orders with more than one item will be assigned a separate processing period for each item.

Returns

Due to the multiple parties involved such as the factory and the warehouse, we cannot fully manage stock. Therefore, the actual inventory could alter at any time. Be aware that your order may run out of stocks after you place the order.

Our policy is valid for a period of 30 days. If you have passed 30 days in the past since you purchased and we are unable to offer you a return or exchange.

The item should not be in use and must be in its original condition. It must also still remain in the original packaging.
